市场逐渐要求产品轻薄、便利、耐用，AZ91镁合金可製造出相当于塑胶的硬度，但厚度比塑胶更薄;或者与铝合金相同的轻薄度，硬度高出铝合金1.5倍的强度。适合搭配在行动装置、Notebook、手机骨架或者外装式手机壳 等其他产品。 |

冲压板材结晶相对于铸造结晶，结晶大小只有百分之一，因细小的孔隙所以汗水及其他盐分不易渗入，拥有极高的抗腐蚀性。 硬度为铝合金的1.5倍、重量为铝合金的三分之二。 冲压后成品无须再进行表面研磨、切削等加工，减少生产时间。
